Terms and Conditions (T&C) for the Miniparts24 Online Shop

I. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services provided through the Miniparts24 online shop (hereinafter referred to as MINIPARTS24).

Any conflicting general terms and conditions of the contracting party are expressly rejected. Deviations from our terms and conditions are only effective if they are agreed upon in writing and confirmed by us.

These terms and conditions apply to all contractual partners, both consumers and entrepreneurs.

II. Conclusion of the Contract and Storage of the Contract Text

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

The contract text is stored by MINIPARTS24. The buyer can view their orders and the contract text in their account on the website.

III. Conclusion of the Contract in the WooCommerce Shop

The contract is concluded when the buyer clicks the “Buy Now” button and completes the order. The buyer will immediately receive an order confirmation by email after purchase.

IV. Buyer’s Correction Options

The buyer can change and correct their input at any time before placing the order by using the “Back” button in their browser. In the shopping cart, the quantity of products can be adjusted, or the item can be removed from the cart by clicking “Remove.”

V. Delivery

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added unless free shipping is expressly promised. The buyer will find more information about the shipping costs in the respective offers.

Shipping Providers:

  • DHL and Deutsche Post: Parcels and packages ordered before 8 AM are shipped the same day. Orders after 10 AM will be dispatched the following day.
  • Freight Shipping: Via Raben (myraben.com), delivery times depend on distance.

Delivery times are generally 1-3 days for DHL and Deutsche Post. Freight shipping may take longer depending on the distance.

The goods remain the property of MINIPARTS24 until full payment is received.

VI. Payment Methods

The buyer is generally required to pay in advance. The purchase price is due immediately and must be paid using one of the payment methods offered in the shop.

VII. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The right of withdrawal is excluded for coded and programmed parts as well as electrical parts where the seal has been broken.

VIII. Liability

MINIPARTS24 is fully liable for claims due to damages caused by MINIPARTS24, its legal representatives, or agents in cases of injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of gross negligence or intentional breach of duty. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical at the time of contract conclusion.

IX. Final Provisions

If the buyer is an entrepreneur, German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the buyer is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between MINIPARTS24 and the buyer is the business location of MINIPARTS24.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
