When purchasing spare parts for which a deposit is required, you must return the old parts to us within 14 days of receiving the new or refurbished parts. This deadline is important because after it expires, the deposit can no longer be refunded.

Please ensure that the returned old parts are in a condition that allows for reconditioning. This also means that the parts must be free of oil. Unfortunately, damaged or incomplete parts cannot be accepted for a deposit refund.

We recommend sending the old parts back via insured shipping to ensure they arrive safely. Once we have received and inspected the parts, we will refund your deposit.

Our deposit policy is designed to help protect the environment by sustainably refurbishing used parts while also ensuring a fair process for you as our customer.

Important warranty notice: We cannot provide a warranty on the refurbished spare part we deliver unless the old part is returned to us.
