When purchasing replacement parts for which a deposit amount is required, it is absolutely essential to return the old parts to us within a period of 14 days after receiving the new or exchange parts. This deadline is of utmost importance, as otherwise the refund of the deposit amount cannot be processed.

Please ensure that the returned old parts must be in an acceptable condition to allow for potential refurbishment. Damaged or incomplete parts may, under certain circumstances, not be considered for the deposit refund.

We recommend sending back the old parts via insured shipping to ensure they arrive with us undamaged. After receiving and inspecting the old parts, we will refund the deposit amount accordingly.
