Delivery

We deliver our products both domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and upon consultation, beyond that.

Shipping is excluded to the following islands:

Åland Islands (22xxx), Aruba, Mount Athos, Bonaire, Campione d’Italia (22060), Ceuta (51xxx), Curaçao, El Hierro (Canary Islands), Faroe Islands (100–999), French Guiana (973xx), French Polynesia (987xx), Greenland (39xx), Guadeloupe (971xx), La Gomera (Canary Islands), La Palma (Canary Islands), Lanzarote (Canary Islands), Lake Lugano, Martinique (972xx), Mayotte (976xx), Melilla (52xxx), New Caledonia (988xx), Réunion (974xx), Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Tenerife (Canary Islands), and Cyprus.

Delivery Abroad

Delivery abroad is possible upon consultation or can be seen at checkout*.

Delivery Times

If no specific delivery time is provided in an offer, you will receive your goods within 1 to 3 days if you are in Germany. For deliveries abroad, it usually takes 3 to 10 days after you have concluded the contract. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we usually ship all items together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs can be seen at checkout* and depend on the shipping method.

Bulky Items

Bulky items such as motor blocks, etc., are usually delivered by freight forwarder, and the recipient bears the costs. Pickup is always free of charge.
